"What do you mean by a 'Concierge' Physical Therapy Practice?"
While the word "concierge" has different meanings, in this context it refers to personalized one-to-one care 100% of the time and an approach to examination and treatment that revolves around YOUR preferences and goals. Active clients are welcome to contact me between appointments via phone, email, or text to ask for clarification or advice, to schedule appointments, to inquire about insurance benefits, and the like. I insist that 100% of your care and 100% of my customer service is handled directly and exclusively by me.
My Concierge orthopedic manual physical therapy practice humanizes your experience and allows you to be treated the way you want to be treated and where you want to be treated. In other words, I offer my expertise to serve you!
I've chosen the Concierge model for my Practice as it leads to greater client satisfaction, improved outcomes, and faster results. It is the unrivaled choice for educated consumers who place a high value on their health and actively seek the highest quality and expertise available.

"Can I use insurance?"

Yes. My practice is in-network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, I accept Auto Insurance as well as Workers' Compensation, and I submit claims to all of these directly.
If my practice does not belong to your insurance company's network, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. But, I may be able to honor your in-network benefits. In this case, your financial responsibility would be the same as it would if you were to attend an in-network provider. Please reach out to me directly if you'd be interested in this option.
If you would like to know what your financial responsibility will be either in-network or out-of-network, please contact me anytime as I'd be happy to verify your benefits before you begin care as a courtesy to you.
As an additional option, some clients choose to pay privately as detailed below.
